Submit Abstracts


The organisers invite prospective authors to submit an abstract related to the conference sessions and topics. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words in length (= about 3.000 characters) and should only be submitted online through the conference website. Please indicate whether an oral presentation or a poster is preferred. Also indicate if your contribution is thought for the side event with a strong focus on commercialisation. Time for oral presentations will be 20 minutes including a five minutes discussion.
For 1 paid Registration Fee authors can submit 1 Abstract. Extra fee of additional Abstract is 150 Euro each.
Submission is only available after registration.
(Due to the large number of request by e-mail, the extended deadline of abstract submission is March 30th.)
